Vinod Kumar is the settler founder and now, Managing Trustee of SSGF. He started a school named "Mother Mount Public School" three years ago, where two classes run in two shifts: the morning shift for vocational classes and the evening shift for remedial classes for poor and street children as well as children from low-income families. He initiated and developed the Integrated Slum Development Program, providing education and free medical camps. He has also published papers on the recycling of construction materials. Vinod Kumar retired as an officer from MTNL in December 2014 and founded SSGF in June 2014. He introduced the concept of remedial classes for poor and backward children.
